Your duties

Together, we work every day on customized solutions for major online retailers and marketplaces, shaping the payment solutions of tomorrow.

As Commercial Excellence Lead (m/f/d) you will be responsible for building and developing the Commercial Excellence team. As a team you ensure the efficiency of our Commercial processes and enable data collection for effective performance management.

Your tasks are

• You will lead the Commercial Excellence Team (currently with 2 team members), continue to build it and develop your team members
• You are responsible for the development and support of a holistic performance management for the commercial area, including data collection and reporting
• You optimize our commercial processes according to the agile approach/ flow logic. You will conduct trainings and document processes as well as best practices for the commercial area
• You define and develop user requirements for the commercial IT infrastructure
• You support the development of a sales controlling and the further development of our pricing approach

Your profile

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the areas of process management and/or optimization, performance management/ analytics/ data management and in leading a team
• You are proficient in Excel, ideally you already have experience with Salesforce and Tableau as well as Agile / Flow Methodology
• You are empathetic and patient, think analytically and enjoy working with people as much as working with numbers and software tools 
• Fluent in written and spoken English rounds off your profile
