Your duties

Together, we work every day on customized solutions for major online retailers and marketplaces, shaping the payment solutions of tomorrow. In Customer Service (m/f/d), depending on your focus, you will be the contact for all service issues related to billing, systems, collections and fraud.

Your tasks are:  
  • Assisting our merchants and customers with questions about our systems and merchant billing and account clarification
  • Handling reminder, collection and payment clarification cases  
  • Answering e-mail inquiries (merchants and end customers)  
  • Clarification of invoices and returns  
  • Co-design of internal processes

Your profile

  • Good PC and MS Office skills
  • Experience in finance, customer service and with SAP is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, emphatic and have a high service orientation
  • Committed, friendly appearance and careful way of working
  • You are committed and want to contribute to a strongly growing company with a lot of dedication
  • You solve problems creatively
  • You are open, outgoing and enjoy working in a team
  • You work independently and have the will to constantly improve yourself
  • You can express yourself very well in written and spoken language
  • Dutch is your native language
