Your duties

Together, we work every day on customized solutions for major online retailers and marketplaces, shaping the payment solutions of tomorrow.

As a Data Privacy Assistant (m/f/d) you will support the ​Data Privacy team in handling daily requests from end customers on GDPR issues as well as rejection requests.

 Your tasks are:  

• You handle inquiries on GDPR topics from our end customers. This includes, in particular, the processing of requests for information, deletion, correction or modification from data subjects in connection with their personal data within the scope of the GDPR regulations
• If required, you review and explain the Ratepay risk analysis decision in the case of rejected order requests from the affected customers.
• If the occasion arises, you ensure that stored data is blocked, deleted or anonymized. In doing so, you can draw on the relevant information and software solutions of our specialist departments
• You will support the Data Privacy Team with regulatory or other official requests and coordinate closely with Ratepay's Data Privacy Coordinator

Your profile

• You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of customer service complaint management, experience with GDPR issues is a plus
• You have very good time and self-management skills
• You work independently, goal-oriented and always with the highest diligence 
• You have the will to constantly develop yourself further and are looking forward to acquiring new technical systems and knowledge on GDPR topics
• You have very good communication and expressive skills and can communicate appropriately in any situation
• Business fluent German language skills complete your profile
