Finance Business Architect (m/f/d) with focus on projects

As a Finance Business Architect (m/f/d) with project focus, you will not only be deeply involved in Ratepay's finance processes, but you will actively contribute to new products and roadmap
implementation. You will be part of the Finance team, but will focus on working in cross-functional teams, representing the interests of the Finance department and making sure that accounting, tax and process related issues are taken into account.

Your tasks are:
 

• You are responsible for technically challenging topics within the (further) development of new products (e.g. Ratepay's installment product), this includes among others definition of booking logics, QA / testing in SAP, definition of requirements and user stories. 
• You will play a key role in supporting the transformation of Ratepay's business architecture by being an active part of working groups in the selection of new tools and software.
• You will work closely with our Structured Finance team to establish new financing solutions (e.g. Asset Backed Financing) through correct system and balance sheet mapping. 
• You will work on projects with current and potential financing and cooperation partners.
• You are closely involved in finding solutions and implementing challenging process topics
• You perform process analyses and develop optimization opportunities; this also includes 2nd level support for incidents and root cause analysis

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or training as an accountant or have an equivalent qualification
• You have at least 5 years of experience in finance architecture, accounting (HGB/IFRS) and project management.
• You have very good knowledge of SAP (preferably R3 FI) and ideally have had first contact with Navision
• You like to familiarize yourself with new, complex issues and you are passionate about implementing topics.
• In addition, you are a strong communicator, demonstrate a high level of service orientation towards all stakeholders involved and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Even in time-critical, stressful (project) situations, you keep your cool and keep the overview
• You speak fluent German and very good English
