As Head of Analytics & Business Intelligence (m/f/d) you will guide Ratepay on the way to become a truly data informed company. You will do this by setting the data value creation strategy and executing on that vision with a team of Data Analysts, Data Scientists, BI Engineers and Data Engineers (m/f/d). In this role, you are responsible for the strategic development and optimization of the entire analytics and reporting landscape at Ratepay and will report directly to the Chief Risk & Data Officer.

Your tasks
- You provide leadership and guidance to a cross functional unit composed of Data Engineers, BI Engineers, Analysts and Data Scientists (m/f/d)
- You partner with stakeholders from product, business and finance to support them achieving their goals and drive functional improvement by designing well-crafted data products
- You enable the team to create actionable insights from data, and to develop statistical models to drive business decisions and to support data driven product management
- You evolve our understanding of business processes and operations with smartly designed reports, data visualizations and the definition of effective performance metrics
