Together we work every day on customized solutions for large online retailers and marketplaces and shape the payment solutions of tomorrow. As Incident & Change Manager (m/f/d) you are part of the IT Service Operation team and support keeping real-time payments running 24/7 at Ratepay.
Your tasks are:
- You interpret messages from our monitoring and get to know the impact of change processes on the operation
- In cooperation with the Problem & Change Manager, you will ensure seamless setting up sustainable processes to avoid future incidents
- In addition, you ensure the completeness, correctness and quality of the documentation associated with Incident & Change Management
- Communication with internal stakeholders, as well as regular implementation of deployments and changes are also an important part of your work
- In addition, you lead working groups and you are in close contact with colleagues from other departments in order to identify and successfully solve deeper disruptions
