Together we work on tailor-made solutions for major online merchants and marketplaces and design the payment solutions of tomorrow.

As Internal Communications Lead - Change Focus (m/f/d) in the People & Organization department, you will be responsible for our internal communications and drive forward important culture and change projects. This role directly reports to our CHRO and works closely with our management team.

What you would do:

  • You will be responsible for all internal communications at Ratepay - the communications strategy and storytelling that builds on our corporate strategy, mission, and vision
  • You maintain and develop the company culture together with internal Ratepay stakeholder groups
  • You plan and execute strategic company-wide events, campaigns and team-building initiatives for employees
  • You will consult with internal stakeholders, i.e., the leadership team and other departments on internal communications initiatives and campaigns
  • You are responsible for leadership formats such as monthly meetings and offsite events
  • You build and maintain your own internal network of experts
  • You measure and evaluate all implemented measures of your area and the achieved results (KPIs) through reporting and analysis for further optimization

Your profile

  • You have a degree in communication sciences, journalism, English or German studies or comparable fields
  • You have at least 6 years of professional experience in the field of internal communications in a dynamic environment
  • You have experience in change communication as well as compelling storytelling
  • You bring extensive expertise in building and managing internal communications formats, e.g. blog, video, live formats.
  • You are proactive, always result-oriented and love to network
  • You have excellent written and spoken German AND English skills
