Your duties

Together we work every day on customized solutions for large online merchants and marketplaces and shape the payment solutions of tomorrow.

For our helpdesk team at Ratepay we are looking for a new team member (m/f/d) for our IT Support 2nd and 3rd level. Our team will be available to assist our Ratepay colleague for all technical support.

Your tasks are:

• Classify and systematically process forwarded requests from 1st level support 
• Ticket processing under consideration of SLAs
• Error analysis of hardware and software problems and provision of solutions
• Cooperation with our IT administrators in user and device management
• Ensuring the operation of the IT infrastructure in use

Your profile

• You have completed apprenticeship in the field of computer science / information technology, e.g. as IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification.
• You have several years of experience in 1st and/or 2nd level IT support.
• You have advanced knowledge in the administration and support of Windows operating systems (Windows 10).
• You have experience in software distribution systems (Baramundi) and mobile device management (MobileIron). 
• You are characterized by a strong service orientation and problem solving skills.
• You work independently and have the will to constantly improve your team and yourself.
• Professional working proficiency in German and English
