As Outsourcing Manager (f/m/d) you will take a central position at Ratepay as part of our Procurement team. You will be responsible for the further development and organization of our central outsourcing management.

You will bring your experience, especially in the design of all control and monitoring processes. You are very familiar with the underlying regulatory requirements. Your tasks require cross-departmental cooperation and close collaboration, especially with the Legal and Compliance departments.

Your responsibilities:
  • Ensuring compliance with and implementation of the regulatory requirements of outsourcing management, in particular in accordance with ZAG, ZAIT and EBA GL
  • Further development of outsourcing management as well as corresponding control and steering processes of service providers
  • Continuous optimization of outsourcing management tools (e.g.: Risk analyses, measures, processes, checklists, questionnaires, and contract clauses).
  • Supporting departments in meeting legal requirements for outsourcing (e.g..: Monitoring service level agreements, performing and updating risk analyses)
  • Maintenance of the outsourcing register
  • Regular control, monitoring and ensuring that work guidelines, processes and standards are up to date and implemented
  • Technical expertise in the implementation of system-based outsourcing management
  • Preparation and compilation of annual and event-related reports for the management board
  • Contact person for internal and external auditors

Your profile

  • Very good knowledge of regulatory requirements for controlling and monitoring service providers as well as practical work experience
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry (nice to have)
  • Creativity and courage to question the status quo and drive change processes forward
  • Independent and self-reliant working style complemented by analytical and conceptual skills
  • Strong communication skills, conflict resistant, team player
  • Experienced in the use of MS Office applications
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and have very good English skills (must have)
