In Partner Management (m/f/d) you are responsible for our Reseller partners (PSPs & Marketplaces) and their strategic development. You will have direct impact on the growth of Ratepay.
Your duties
- You are the key contact of our partners, ensuring a trusted and mutually beneficial collaboration
- You own and drive the partnership ecosystem and growth strategy though cross functional collaboration with Product, Integration, Finance & other departments
- You are end-to-end responsible ensuring that the partner enjoy an excellent experience from the on boarding, daily support up to strategic development
- You are able to identify opportunities and convert these into new partnerships
- You develop and implement incentive and training programs for all new business partners
- You create regular reports to track the performance of the respective partnership and report back to all internal stakeholders (incl. C-level updates)
