Your duties

As People & Operations Partner (m/f/d), you are responsible for advising and supporting your department as the "first point of contact". Your responsibilities range from coaching and advising ​leaders and employees on all personnel-related and labour law issues to recruiting.

Your tasks are

• Based on our and your commitment to fairness and equality, you will create a strengths-based working environment that attracts, develops and inspires the best talent
• Together with the Head of People and your teammates, you will implement strategic HR projects, including acting as a change role model
• You will work with our Hiring Managers to attract the best candidates to the Ratepay team, impressing with your professional and personal approach and finding the right recruiting strategy for each position
• You will work with People Operations to drive operational HR issues forward with the aim of providing a top level of service

Your profile

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in an HR role
• You have gained extensive knowledge of departmental support (including employment law) and recruitment, are data-driven and enjoy managing candidates from job advert to offer
• You are skilled in developing and implementing projects for the short, medium and long-term aspects of HR in a scaling tech business
• Your strong communication skills with high emotional intelligence and professional demeanour have allowed you to gain very good experience in managing relationships with all levels of the company up to C-level
• Conversations in German and English are no problem for you
