Your duties

Together, we work every day on customized solutions for major online retailers and marketplaces, shaping the payment solutions of tomorrow.

As Quality Management Specialist (m/f/d) you will be responsible for building a QM team with the goal of always being able to provide information and advice on technical topics, both internally and externally. You will collect quality measurements and analyze the results with the goal of continuously improving processes, communication and performance. Your overall mission is to create a customer service with the best possible quality and to ensure the satisfaction of the company, employees and customers.
Your tasks are:  
  • You support the development of efficient quality management strategies
  • You are responsible for creating, reviewing and updating process documentation on a regular basis, working closely with Process Management
  • Together with Vendor Management and CSC Leads you establish Quality Management as an integral part of KPI reporting, service provider contracts and performance developments
  • You analyze gaps between quality target and quality actual values and support the derivation of improvement measures on the basis of the analyses
  • You will implement continuous improvement processes and regular action plans, working closely with our trainers

Your profile

  • You ideally have a degree in business administration, industrial engineering or computer science
  • You have 2 years of professional experience, ideally as a quality specialist in customer support
  • You are familiar with the execution of quality sampling (customer inquiries, email and call): from collecting and analyzing the results to deriving measures for improvement
  • You have experience in process improvements and optimization of process documentation
  • You have very good knowledge of QM tools (sampling, CIP) and the standard MS Office package, especially Excel
  • You have knowledge in the areas of training and NPS
  • Your well-developed presentation and communication skills are complemented by experience in project management, SAP and FinTech
  • You are outgoing, empathetic, humorous and self-confident
  • Your working style is structured, self-reliant and meticulous
  • Excellent German and English skills (min. C1) complete your profile
  • French and Dutch are an advantage
