IT Infrastructure – Nerd Factor? Gladly!
Without infrastructure, there is no business – and, of course, that is also true for Ratepay. Just like Ratepay itself, the area of IT Infrastructure is also growing. Our team is responsible for ensuring the operational function of the Ratepay platform and the corporate IT systems. But that's not all. Our other projects also include a cloud pilot project, host migration and a machine-learning project. So, as well as being meticulous, you will also need to have a customer focus and holistic thinking – and to enjoy teamwork.  
 
As our Saleforce Administrator, you are responsible for building and further developing the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in terms of automation, transparency and security.
 

• You will ensure increasing automation and thus secure data quality.
• You maintain release processes that trigger event-based data processing via API.
• You adapt data models, authorization concepts, validation rules and optimization of data flows
• You create prototypes and deploy them up to the finished solution
• You develop the Salesforce environment together with your colleagues and support the users in their daily work.
•  You work with Product Management to investigate how sales, commercial and customer teams operate and follow standard product management ways of working to ensure your platform is efficient and free of bottlenecks enabling faster customer onboarding  
• You work cross-functionality to understand broader business problems and seek opportunities to strengthen the Salesforce capability 

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience; Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
• Awareness of business OKRs or  commercial/sales team KPI’s 
• Experience working with work cross-functional teams, including sales/commercial 
• Knowledge within Salesforce Flows to improve workflow automation 
• Knowledge of Connected Apps and Streaming API
• General knowledge of permission concepts; access to records, objects, functionality, etc. 
• Excellent knowledge of automation options and their sensible use, as well as authorization sets and user management, are a matter of course.
• You should have knowledge and experience in the area of flows, omnichannel configurations, APIs and authentication method.
• You always keep an eye on the big picture and find sustainable solutions for the desired requirements.

• Apex functions – to identify problems related to our existing apex code
• Einstein KI and Chatbot
• Experience Cloud
• German language skills, fluent or conversational
