As a Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) and part of our People Team, you will provide excellent support and guidance to our leaders as the "first point of contact" on all HR and leadership topics. Together you will create a strengths-based work environment that attracts, motivates and develops the best talent.
Your responsibilities are:
Ensure excellent service levels in interaction with People Operations and through further development and optimization of internal processes
Help shape the P&O department's OKRs and drive strategic projects and initiatives forward
Support other areas of the P&O team as needed, e.g. Talent Acquisition.
