Your duties

As a Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) and part of our People Team, you will provide excellent support and guidance to our leaders as the "first point of contact" on all HR and leadership topics. Together you will create a strengths-based work environment that attracts, motivates and develops the best talent.

Your responsibilities are: 

  • Support and advise managers on all HR and leadership topics, including:
  • Corporate and leadership culture
  • Strategic and human resources planning
  • Employee leadership and motivation
  • Team dynamics & conflict management
  • Employment law
Process training and support for managers on key touch points of the Employee Lifecycle:

  • Hiring Decisions
  • Onboarding & Induction
  • Learning & Development
  • Performance Management
  • Promotions & Salary Increases
  • Offboarding

Ensure excellent service levels in interaction with People Operations and through further development and optimization of internal processes
Help shape the P&O department's OKRs and drive strategic projects and initiatives forward
Support other areas of the P&O team as needed, e.g. Talent Acquisition.

Your profile

  • You have already gained at least 6 years of experience in supporting specialist departments, e.g. as HR Business Partner or HR Manager
  • You can communicate confidently in German and English
  • Your strong communication skills combined with high emotional intelligence make it easy for you to manage stakeholders at all levels of the company up to C-level
  • As a team player with organizational skills, you are experienced in the development and implementation of projects with various stakeholders
  • You have the desire to collaboratively shape and enforce processes and standards
  • You have a solid knowledge of German labor law
