Your duties

Together we work every day on customised solutions for large online retailers and marketplaces and shape the payment solutions of tomorrow.

As a Senior Pricing Manager (m/f/d) you will lead within the finance team cross functional projects, process optimizations and deep dive analyses for the company.

• You own the development and optimization of our pricing model and its continuous improvement
• You develop new pricing strategies together with the relevant departments and optimize exsisting ones
• You create and own cross functional business model
• You are very organized with the ability to proactively prioritize, manage and complete multiple concurrent projects
• You ideate on process optimizations and quality improvement project and you develop within the team solutions how to implement and live those
• You will function as a sparring partner towards our commercial and operational team in finance related tasks
• You prepare ad hoc analysis and decision proposal for our management

Your profile

• A degree from a university in a numerate subject
• 5+ years of professional experience in an analytical role
• Strong MS office (esp. Excel) skills
• You have a positive solution oriented mindset and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical skills, willingness and capability to learn new things
• Very organized with the ability to proactively prioritize, manage and complete multiple concurrent projects
• Experience in a fintech is a plus
• You are confident to be an independent player, while also enjoying being part of a team
• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
