To achieve this we are expanding our team and looking for a driven Senior Product Analyst who can bring best practices to set and measure KRs for complex products, visualise product performance and lead the AB testing cycle.

What you'll do;
- Effortlessly develop an in-depth understanding of product features and drivers of product performance.
- Advise the right testing framework and KPIs to optimise/develop product features and tie them to business outcomes.
- Take the lead on prioritising deep dives into emerging trends and provide actionable recommendations or develop a business case.
- Be the data and analytics expert for decisions
- Product lifecycle analytics (discovery to roll out) - Specify tracking, data and reporting requirements to fit product and commercial needs.
- Democratise KPI/metrics for the teams to enable them to take well-informed decisions and monitor product performance
- Ensure alignment between stakeholders and communicate changes/modifications.
- Lead end-to-end product analytics independently across 1-3 product domains.
- Manage large projects with 2-6 month delivery timeframes.
- Work directly with Senior leadership teams.
- Mentor junior - mid analysts to plan and track the progress of their tasks and drive initiatives independently
