  1. What has been a project, moment or experience that was crucial to your personal growth at Ratepay?
    In the past two years since joining Ratepay I have seen myself grow personally and professionally by learning from the nice people I work with. I have enhanced my hard and soft skills working at Ratepay. For example, I have seen a really good growth in myself in the past six months when we, the Integration & Configuration Engineering team started working on guaranteed onboarding of the merchants in near-time. We learnt how to collaborate better and help each other to develop within a team.
  2. What do you particularly like about Ratepay?
    The people . All in all we are a warm, welcoming, supportive and international team of professionals helping you whenever needed. All you need to do is ask.
  3. Why is your team looking for more colleagues?
    We are growing and need more Software Engineers in our teams to keep moving forward towards our goals at an even faster pace.

  1. What has been a project, moment or experience that was crucial to your personal growth at Ratepay?
    It never occurs to me that I am doing a routine work. I am challenged every day. My manager saw my leadership quality and challenged me to lead a team. I am progressing every day.

    The environment here is so welcoming that, within a week of my joining I felt like I had been a part of the team for a long time.

    Our customers are growing and so is Ratepay. We are looking for more colleagues to be a part of this growth path and to tackle the challenges along the way.

  1. What has been a project, moment or experience that was crucial to your personal growth at Ratepay?
    At Ratepay, I’ve been supported from the beginning and always had projects where I could learn a lot. Then, when I got the chance to build my own team (Base Infrastructure), I was able to work with my teams to elevate Ratepay's entire infrastructure to a new level. Now, as Head of Corporate IT Services, I have the chance again, together with my colleagues, to take Ratepay to the next level and run our corporate services in the cloud.
  2. What do you particularly like about Ratepay?
    At Ratepay we can freely develop technical ideas and implement them. Every team member can contribute to every project to move us forward.
  3. Why is your team looking for more colleagues?
    Due to our steady growth, we need more team members to keep the foundation running flawlessly. With the help of new technologies we will be able to offer our services even faster and better in the future.

  1. What has been your development at Ratepay so far?
    I started at Ratepay in October 2020 in IAM (Identity and Access Management) and have felt right at home here from the very beginning. From day one, I felt welcome here and was perfectly integrated into my team. Everyone is open to questions and happy to help accordingly.
  2. What do you particularly like about Ratepay?
    At Ratepay, I especially like the great interaction among each other. We have great, wonderful and sympathetic colleagues from all over the world and we move Ratepay forward every day.
  3. Why is your team looking for more colleagues?
    We are constantly growing and therefore need support and team members in various areas. So if you are looking for a varied job, would like to develop and contribute, and also want to have great colleagues, then come and join us!

  1. What has been your development at Ratepay so far?
    At the time I joint Ratepay as Software Engineer we were a team of four with the goal of building tools and utilities that would allow our partners to easily integrate our services. Soon, however, our focus changed and we concentrated on expanding the Ratepay product landscape with many new services and applications. With the growing amount of applications we also had to get rid of outdated systems and with the new building we supported user-friendly applications that our partners, merchants and colleagues use every day at work. Now, I am a Senior Software Engineer and our team has grown. Together with my great colleagues, we not only build software in front of the computer, but also develop ourselves a bit further every day.
  2. What do you particularly like about Ratepay?
    The community. Ratepay not only has a very interesting product catalog, but also many great, diverse and dedicated employees. They not only manage to motivate me, but also inspire us all to give our best every day. Personally, in the time I've spent at Ratepay, I've already learned a lot of new things by working with my colleagues and I'm looking forward to mastering new challenges with them every day.
  3. Why is your team looking for more colleagues?
    Ratepay is a fast growing FinTech company. In IT, we are all aware that growing too fast can also be a risk factor. Nevertheless, we don't want to have to slow down and, therefore, count on responsible and trustworthy helping hands to support us in reaching our ambitious goals at the right pace. Our very diverse team in the IT area is looking for ambitious team members who are willing to share knowledge and experience and are open to new approaches.
