What we do
We equip Ratepay to make data-driven decisions and improve decision outcomes using advanced analytical models. Data-driven decision-making to us means injecting KPIs into the day-to-day conversations and enabling the business to access data on-demand via self-service data products so they have access to the right information when they need it.
In the department, we look after the end-to-end lifecycle of information management via native cloud state-of-the-art technologies (AWS, Snowflake, DBT, Tableau, Python, etc.).
Our job roles are split into:
- Data Engineering: capture and store data effectively.
- Business Intelligence: Build self-service data products.
- Product Analytics: Thought partner in scaling our products.
- Advanced Analytics: Develop test evaluation and prediction models.
Who are we?
People in the team come from different walks of life with a passion for creating trustworthy data products. In our day-to-day, we put values first, practice open communication, and of course make work fun!
How we work
We are fully Agile. Some teams prefer scrum while others prefer Kanban. agile working with Kanban. We have a 60(OKRs): 20(Ops): 20(meetings + L&D) rule to ensure each team member gets a chance to exercise different competencies of their role.
