Here's What You'll Be Doing

Together, we work every day on customized solutions for large online retailers and marketplaces and design the payment solutions of tomorrow. The position is initially limited to 1 year.

As a Fraud Agent (m/f/d) in our risk department, you have a nose for anomalies: You check transactions made by our partners' customers for fraud patterns and evaluate them. The position is initially limited to one year.
  • In doing so, you will spot fraud trends and report them to your team
  • Sometimes our internal and external stakeholders also have questions about fraud prevention. If this is the case, you provide them with the requested information
  • You find ways to improve the daily work? We welcome your continuous feedback and are happy to put it into practice

Your profile

  • You have completed an apprenticeship, ideally in the commercial field
  • You are interested in an exciting task in the field of fraud prevention, maybe you have already gained some experience in this area
  • You think analytically and are a strong communicator
  • Shift work (no night shifts) and occasionally working on Saturdays is no challenge for you
  • Very good German and English skills round off your profile (B2-level)
