Here's What You'll Be Doing

Together, we work every day to create customised solutions for major online retailers and marketplaces, shaping the payment solutions of tomorrow.

As team member within our diverse People & Organisation team, you will work to create an empowering and diverse work environment to bring out the best in each of us.

As Working Student-People Operations (m/f/d), you will take active responsibility for P&O Admin issues. You will support our People & Organisation partners in all administrative matters and shape modern and appreciative HR work together with us. A supportive People & Organisation team is looking forward to working with you.

Your tasks are:
  • You will support us in the day-to-day HR operations and handle employee inquiries in close contact with your new colleagues.
  • You will support with the most important HR processes and tasks along the employee lifecycle.
  • You create and edit employment contracts and other documents, and deal with everything that is part of the People Operations daily routine.
  • In our digital personnel management system, you maintain employee data, ensure its completeness and correctness, and support with evaluations and reports.
  • You will actively contribute your ideas for process optimization and further development of the People Operations field and support its implementation.
  • You are actively involved in the preparation and implementation of HR projects

Your profile

  • You are enrolled at a college or university in the Berlin area.
  • You would like to gain practical experience in the HR work of a FinTech company and ideally already have some practical experience in the HR area on which you can build.
  • Fluent German and good English skills round off your profile.
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • You possess an independent and structured way of working as well as high reliability, accuracy and discretion.

During this conversation we will dive deeper into your experience and share more about the team you would work with and share expectations from both sides.

This step looks slightly different in different business areas but is to assess technical and culture add.

It usually consists of a role-specific case study or technical assessment as well as assessing values alignment with some senior members of the team you would be joining.

This step doesn't occur in every process, it depends on the role.

The coffee chat would generally take place with either a senior stakeholder from the business area you are joining such as a C-level leader or Head of department, or in some cases with a Senior HRBP.
