Here's What You'll Be Doing

As an Identity and Audit Operations Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust IAM processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. You will act as the department’s primary point of contact for audits and collaborate with various teams to enhance and optimize IAM and audit processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and enforce identity and access management (IAM) processes across the department.
  • Create and manage role-based access control (RBAC) rule sets for roles and functions.
  • Oversee the entire user lifecycle, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and role changes.
  • Initiate and manage user access recertifications via ServiceNow, supporting business owners.
  • Act as the department’s primary point of contact for all internal and external audits.
  • Prepare and provide necessary documentation and exports (via ServiceNow or relevant administrators).
  • Ensure timely resolution of audit findings by coordinating corrective actions across the department.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance ServiceNow functionalities for IAM and audit processes.
  • Enforce BaFin-compliant processes, with a focus on meeting ZAIT requirements.
  • Proactively address gaps, implement corrective actions, and prepare for future regulatory audits.

Your profile

  • Extensive knowledge of IAM processes, including the ability to apply and enforce IAM policies and drive their continuous improvement.
  • Experience in user lifecycle management and access recertifications via ServiceNow.
  • Proven expertise in audit coordination and management, ensuring seamless execution of internal and external audits.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow as the primary tool for managing identities, authorizations, and audit documentation.
  • Familiarity with BaFin ZAIT compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in both German (C1 minimum) and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
