Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans in collaboration with leadership, with a strong focus on new business acquisition and long-term client partnerships.
- Lead complex sales processes, tailoring offers to meet the unique requirements of enterprise merchants, and navigate integrations that can span up to six months.
- Build and expand a robust network of merchants, collaborating closely with key internal teams (analytics, integration, product) to create compelling, customized offers.
- Act as the project lead for key merchant accounts, driving initiatives that align with our client-obsessed approach, ensuring both merchant satisfaction and customer retention.
- Represent our company in the market by participating in industry conferences, workshops, and personal meetings, establishing yourself as a trusted expert in our payment solutions.
