Your Mission

Every day, we work together on tailored solutions for well-known online retailers and marketplaces, shaping the payment solutions of tomorrow.
To support our Accounting team, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) who will primarily take on operational tasks in the day-to-day business and assist the team in ongoing accounting processes.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Operations: You manage and route inquiries from the Finance inbox, support invoice processing, maintain vendor and customer master data, and assist with employee expense claims.
  • Invoicing & Reporting: You support the preparation and issuance of invoices, help create regular reports, and ensure financial data is maintained accurately and efficiently.
  • Financial Processes: You assist with invoice postings in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), support payment run preparations, and help reconcile bank transactions and incoming payments.
  • Month-End & Compliance Support: You contribute to account reconciliations, assist with month-end closing activities, and support regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: You work closely with colleagues across Finance and other departments, helping to ensure smooth processes and efficient day-to-day operations.

Your Profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • You have a strong interest in accounting and finance processes and are eager to gain practical experience in a dynamic business environment.
  • With your structured and detail-oriented way of working, you are able to manage multiple tasks reliably and accurately.
  • You have good Excel skills and are comfortable working with financial data and reports.
  • You are a proactive team player with strong communication skills in English; German skills are a plus.
Please note that this position is limited to a duration of 6 months.

The coffee chat would generally take place with either a senior stakeholder from the business area you are joining such as a C-level leader or Head of department, or in some cases with a Senior HRBP.
