Zusammen arbeiten wir jeden Tag an maßgeschneiderten Lösungen für große Online-Händler und Marktplätze und gestalten die Bezahllösungen von morgen. Möchtest du einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur Bekämpfung von Online-Kriminalität leisten? 
  
In der Sachbearbeitung in unserem Risk-Bereich hast du eine Spürnase für Auffälligkeiten: Du prüfst getätigte Transaktionen der Kunden unserer Partner auf Betrugsmuster und bewertest diese. 
  • Dabei kommst du Betrugstrends auf die Schliche und meldest sie an dein Team weiter. 
  • Manchmal haben auch interne und externe Stakeholder Fragen zum Thema Betrugsprävention. Ist dies der Fall, bringst du ihnen die gewünschten Informationen näher. 
  • Du findest Möglichkeiten, die tägliche Arbeit zu verbessern? Wir freuen uns über dein kontinuierliches Feedback und setzen es gern in die Tat um. 

Your Profile

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, bestenfalls im kaufmännischen Bereich 
  • Du hast Interesse an einer spannenden Aufgabe im Bereich Betrugsprävention, vielleicht konntest du sogar bereits erste Erfahrung in diesem Bereich sammeln  
  • Du denkst analytisch und bist kommunikationsstark 
  • Schicht- und vereinzelt Samstagsarbeit stellen für dich keine Herausforderung dar (keine Nachtarbeit) 
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab

This step is designed to get to know your future manager and the role better.

During this conversation we will dive deeper into your experience and share more about the team you would work with and share expectations from both sides.

Step 3: Team interview & skill assessment

This step looks slightly different in different business areas but is to assess technical and culture add.

It usually consists of a role-specific case study or technical assessment as well as assessing values alignment with some senior members of the team you would be joining. 

Step 4: Coffee chat (optional)

This step doesn't occur in every process, it depends on the role.

The coffee chat would generally take place with either a senior stakeholder from the business area you are joining such as a C-level leader or Head of department, or in some cases with a Senior HRBP.
