Here's What You'll Be Doing

We are looking for a qualified Sales Development Representative to join our high-performing sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline and you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met.
As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success.
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in pipeline generation. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales, e-commerce, and financial services we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
  • Contact and qualify potential customers
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
  • Manage leads and document sales activities in Salesforce
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
  • Identify the needs of prospects, consult and suggest appropriate products or services
  • Provide insights and internal support by bringing the voice of our prospects to the attention of our marketing, product, and CX teams

Your profile

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales development role
  • Proven knowledge of enterprise decision-making and procurement processes
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers through direct outreach and social selling
  • Knowledge of key sales techniques and strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Proven track record in lead generation in German-speaking countries
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German
Nice to have:
  • Sales experience in the e-commerce sector 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience

The coffee chat would generally take place with either a senior stakeholder from the business area you are joining such as a C-level leader or Head of department, or in some cases with a Senior HRBP.
