Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
- Contact and qualify potential customers
- Set appointments and follow up on leads
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
- Manage leads and document sales activities in Salesforce
- Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
- Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
- Identify the needs of prospects, consult and suggest appropriate products or services
- Provide insights and internal support by bringing the voice of our prospects to the attention of our marketing, product, and CX teams
