Ratepay is seeking an experienced Tech Ops Engineer with a strong background in technical support and operations, including expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software issues and delivering high-quality client service. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients and internal services, resolving technical problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor internal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement and manage endpoint management systems (e.g., Intune, Baramundi, Apple BM).
- Collaborate with security, development, and support teams to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, access management, and device provisioning.
