The Tech Ops Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients/ Services, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and monitor internal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and enterprise applications
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues to minimize downtime.
  • Implement and manage endpoint management systems (e.g., Intune, Baramundi, Apple BM).
  • Collaborate with security, development, and support teams to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, access management, and device provisioning.
  • Maintain documentation, offer trainings to internal employees

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in a technical operations, system administration, or IT Service/ Helpdesk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments
  • Experience with customer communication centric service/support roles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Configuration and administration of enterprise services (Azure, OKTA, Atlassian, Apple Business)
  • Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools 
  • Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.)
  • Certifications such as Google, Microsoft, AWS, or similar are a plus.
  • English B2/C1, optionally German B2
