We are looking for a talented and motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to ensure it meets the needs of our business and users from our commercial and customer care teams. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions.
  • Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
  • Provide support and training to Salesforce users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices to continuously improve our implementation.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, esp. Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to train users.

This step looks slightly different in different business areas but is to assess technical and culture add.

It usually consists of a role-specific case study or technical assessment as well as assessing values alignment with some senior members of the team you would be joining.

This step doesn't occur in every process, it depends on the role.

The coffee chat would generally take place with either a senior stakeholder from the business area you are joining such as a C-level leader or Head of department, or in some cases with a Senior HRBP.
